This is incorrect. In DC, MD and VA, because each jurisdiction is barred from enacting a work tax, you pay taxes and UI based on where you live, NOT where you work. But yes, you file where you work everywhere else in the country.[/quote]

That is true for income taxes, but not unemployment insurance.
