Body trunk and arms tell me this is likelier some sort of a rash than bug bites.  Bugs don't discriminate where they bite.  Unless your kid was outside shirtless but wearing long pants and there were mosquitoes around this doesn't look like bites to me.  Had your kid been stressed lately, had an infection or antibiotics or some other change in diet/medications?[/quote]
