Think about all of the retirees living in Costa Rica or Thailand, or Europeans living in the States. Someone who grew up in London wasn't escaping starvation, they just wanted a different way of life. I can see more Americans moving back to Europe, many many Americans qualify for European citizenship through grandparents or great grandparents. [/quote]
