How's your sleep and stress levels? I veered into prediabetes during a very stressful period of life when I was also not sleeping enough or consistently. Once the major stressor was gone and I could get more sleep, my levels were back to my normal. Also you mention gluten free bread. Lots of gluten free processed products are actually more refined and turn to sugar faster than if you were just to eat some regular wheat sourdough.
Very interesting. Yes, that’s what my doctor implied that the gluten-free breads are actually even worse. I really don’t eat that much of it, but I will cut it out. My sleep is very good. My stress level is quite high, almost constantly, which I can’t really solve right now. Very interesting that your number went down once you were past your stressors. Thank you for telling me your experience. -OP
