Live across the country now but we have that here, too. Everyone in the archdiocese gets it and the bishop decides when it should be. It's like surprise fun day traditions at private schools. We've lived different places and in some places the bishop does it when the weather is the most depressing and when there's the longest stretch between breaks, and in others it goes with a major sports game or victory. I feel like one bishop did it around his birthday or something but I might be making that up.[/quote]
