[/quote] Yeah, shame on us clueless drones for not foreseeing that a new administration would immediately break laws about personnel actions and privacy and data security. The government hitherto has not been like the private sector in multiple ways, including this. You are supposed to get 30 days notice before a suspension or removal. (Not a probationary termination or placement on paid leave, however; but placement on paid leave is not usually so draconian, with all access cut off. You usually still have access to your email and systems, you just are not supposed to do work.)[/quote]
