The school shuts parents up this way, by shaming them and making absurd, uninformed predictions. Being real here- this weird self appointed holiday, done at parent expense, is a sign of serious issues at the school. The teachers at lamb aren’t paid well, and the school is absolutely bloated with administrative staff. The weak leadership has to approve this nonsense to keep a very stressed and underpaid population happy. If I were a parent with a young child, I would be really, really concerned.
