This is wha happens when you put tech bros who think they know everything in change of something they have zero understanding of. They just do not get that Feds and tech workers are very, very different people with different mindsets.  And they don’t seem to understand that the civil service isn’t optional.  They are so used to issuing a vague order and an underling makes it happen. The whole having to follow rules and processes and checks and balances and being told no, it just isn’t possible thing is beyond their comprehension.  And rather than listening and learning, they’ve decided to make 2 million feds into tech workers. Good luck with that. And God bless bureaucracy. [/quote]
