But the notice said that instead of the knives I had returned a pair of boots and been credited their price. Yet I had never ordered such boots and had never been credited for returning them. This screwup did result in a mistaken charge which Amazon reversed once I found a way to make their chatbot think I was confused so it would connect me to a live person.[/quote]
