Yes that means evidence is weak or self-contradictory. It does not mean definitive no matter how hard you seem to want to force it to be. Realistically speaking, it is a possibility but not a definitive one. There are lots of coronaviruses, particularly in chinese villages that live adjacent to bat caves where.
