Trump will treat men and women the same until he gets annoyed about something. And then all hell breaks loose, because he will scream and insult them both, but in different ways. The men will be puny gay losers with no sexual mojo, and the women will be ugly b1itches on their periods that no one wants to date. Trump has a very, very thin veneer of good manners and when it's pierced, he goes direct to the worse sexual stereotypes and cliches, because that's how he was raised and how his brain works. He always hits below the belt.
