Would try to eat 96% ground beef, ground sirloin steak and skinless chicken breast. Absolutely no nuts or processed foods. I actually do OK on 1200 because I’ve never been a breakfast eater, but I find fats to be very satiating. I pretty frequently eat 2% Greek yogurt for lunch (the 100 calorie Fage cup) and salmon and veggies for dinner. [/quote]
