Not sure if they are trafficked but it looks to me like this is a job people get when they answer an ad that says X$ per hour - no experience necessary. I’ve seen a guy doing crazy u turns an intersection where there is a person on each corner delivering them all lunch. And they all disappear at 5:00 pm.

Yes- notice it’s always the same people and they are affiliated. I’ve watched a duo get picked up and dropped off curbside on Rt 7. They hop out with their 
backpacks and cardboard signs in hand.

The regulars leave great piles of disgusting trash piled high at their end of their shift.

The ones who aren’t trafficked have wander the stores and parks and parking lots.

Also interesting to monitor the police scanners - frequent calls about a panhandler being a nuisance or asleep in a stairwell or loitering/refusing to leave. [/quote]
