They'd basically be inside an officer tower all day long and there's no park nearby for recess, or at least I don't think there's one w/in an easy walk. Tower Club looks like it's bounded by the Beltway and Leesburg Pike. The grassy areas are basically just the lawns outside the building and those are near busy streets with cars coming in and out of the parking lots, so not suitable for kids to be playing. [/quote]
