Some teachers join FEA or FCFT and choose to pay dues. Collective bargaining is not a union. [/quote] In July, one of the FCFT officers spoke in favor of the comprehensive boundary changes while sporting her union T-shirt. A union in favor of that type of massive disruption is clearly not looking out for FCPS kids or teachers. I don’t support FCFT as a result.[/quote]
