If you're not sleeping there, it's not your residence. If you're asking if you'll get caught, that's a different question, but if that's not your residence, ie where you AND THE CHILD (unless you're divorced and one parent lives in DC) *sleep*, you're committing residency fraud.[/quote] Show the rules that say the *child* has to sleep there.
