No but since visiting Korea I would literally never go there for any type of surgery. So many of the people you see in Seoul look completely botched and almost inhuman.
I went to Korea this past summer, and while yes, lots of people with plastic surgery, they didn't look "inhuman", at least no worse than the Americans I see with plastic surgery.
Maybe you didnt spend enough time there. The plastic surgery is extremely uncanny valley in Korea.
um.. yea, that's one example. Should we use this as an example of American plastic surgery?
The difference is how many people in South Korea walk around looking utterly botched and crazy. Walking through Seoul can feel like youre in some kind of circus, freak show, or funhouse. literally multiple people who look like he does and look like aliens. And the fact that Jocelyn Wildenstein is considered a joke and a punchline in the west, and this guy is lauded as an attractive, good looking kpop idol, says it all. I dont feel like pulling up pictures but there are plenty of kpop bands, wildly popular with the Korean populace, where ever single member has visible surgery, botched noses, uncanny valley appearances and dont even look human. Very different to how Americans with bad plastic surgery are treated.
Idk, I see a lot of bad plastic surfer in the US. I think the difference is that Asians seem to do more structural facial work (changing cheekbones and jaws) and fewer fillers, duck lips and boob jobs
+1 IDK where PP lives, but there are definitely weird looking people in the US who clearly have had some bad plastic surgery. ^PP seems a bit racist, honestly.
