What are the dance classes like at Onelife? I don't see descriptions for the ones at Pike and Rose.
I love OneLife. I've been going for two years, and go to a few different clubs. The instructors may teach at multiple clubs, so you can follow an instructor, or choose to stay at one home gym. OP you will fit right in. There is a mix of young, old, middle age, and all levels of fitness. I prefer classes because you don't have to go wander the gym looking for machines, or treadmills. You go in, start class and leave. There are all types of classes - yoga, barre, pilates, water classes, dance, strength training, mobility, stretch, step, etc. Classes do fill up, and have a wait list. You have to reserve your spot, and registration opens 24 hours before the class. Dance Classes - official descriptions (there may be other classes, but these are the two I know of). 60 Minute Duration Medium Intensity Experience -All (fitness levels) Zumba - A world beats influenced dance style class that combines high energy moves and dance combinations that are designed to make your workout fun and make you feel great. Dance Rhythms Vibz - Cardio dance fitness class with worldwide rhythms. Get ready to take a trip around the world and sweat your way through this athletic, empowering and fun workout with an Afro fee.
