[/quote] When I lived in Massachusetts, NY, and NJ, they all did the same thing. With modern technology we know how much snow is expected, the probability of that amount of accumulation, and the time it takes to clear it. But it will never not blow my mind that someone not in charge of thousands of people’s commute complains on the internet about a decision made 12 hours too early for them. Especially in DC where they have often been open when everyone else around is closed. [/quote]
