Flights were $941 each direct with the chunnel in the middle. Definitely doable.[/quote] We've done this too in and out of London with the Chunnel both ways and flights about $800/each. If you're willing to use London as a base and get flights/trains around it you can get cheap flights from IAD to London.[/quote]
