Can you describe how the picture situation is handled when you do it online? I'm not that tech-savvy and that's the part that is holding me back. I imagine you just have to take a picture that fits within the requirements, upload a file, and it will tell you if the picture is approved or not? Am I imagining correctly? [/quote]

No problem!  Was actually very impressed by that page and video.  Good on the State Department for recognizing that this would likely be the most complicated part of submitting online, and addressing the most common questions clearly.[/quote]
