Trump and Bush43 are responsible for over 50% of the national debt. Think about it.

the job growth and expanded GDP comes under democratic presidents and then the GOP comes in and wrecks it. The US has been on this cycle since the 1980's.

A 4 year president has very little long term impact and little short term impact on the American economy. You have absolutely no clue how large and complex our economy is. Clueless, you are. Trump and Biden themselves have done absolutely nothing that has been of noticeable help to the economy. If you feel that some or all of the Covid rescue dollars were unnecessary, then perhaps you could argue that Trump and Biden's careless spending helped to fuel the runaway inflation of 2022 and 2023. The Trump and Bush tax cuts added trillions to the debt without giving us much of anything at all, other than making the rich richer.  At least Biden's investments are going into a lot of needed infrastructure, created jobs, and so on.[/quote]
