Tucson is lovely that time of year. 70s/80s. For hikes you could do Sabino Canyon in Tucson Gates Pass Saguaro National Park Desert Museum Titan Missile Museum
+1. Add in Pima Air and space museum, bisbee mine tour, karchner caverns, and maybe mission San Xavier del bac on the Tohono o’odham reservation (get fry bread and shop after the mission tour). And maybe a walking tour of the old barrio.
+2. Several resorts with great pools/water slides for the kids to choose from also- Marriott Starr Pass, La Paloma, Ritz Carlton. Pretty sure all of their pools are heated in the Spring but definitely double check. Easy drive to Tombstone as well. I live in Tucson and we get a lot of Spring visitors (family/friends from colder climates)- weather is almost always great. Can easily be combined with time in Phoenix as well- it is a quick drive.
