No.  I’d tell her no.  The only exception would be if it was truly unsightly and didn’t fit her face and was the source of peer ridicule.  But it doesn’t sound like this is case. Rather she is just heavily influenced by social media “perfect” influencer noses.  I bet by 25, she won’t want a nose job nor want to look like a basic influencer anymore.  Just wait this out until she is old enough to pay for it herself [/quote]
