A recruiting “event” usually means a prospect camp in the sport…but you only go to three of you decide to start like freshman year. I guess it helps the coach knows you are interested, but they don’t seriously consider you for athletic recruiting until junior year…and they don’t care if that is the first time you attend a camp if they want you on the team and you agree to ED once you are told you have a slot.[/quote]
