Won't we be caught up by 2013?  That's what I thought Israel told us.  But maybe I was flaking out at the time during preservice - thinking about my 3 English preps instead![/quote]

In May we will catch up one of those two steps we're behind.  If we don't get another step July 1, however, we'll be back to two steps behind.  The way some on this forum and in a certain parent's group talk, we'll never see that step in July and according to them we make too much as it is.[/quote]
