The vast majority of overweight Americans make conscious decisions to buy and eat junk food and they don’t really care to change. They have no qualms about getting frequent takeout and sticking their Costco carts with a pallet of croissants and giant boxes of taquitos. OP doesn’t even buy junk food and in binging on dates.
