[/quote] No. In many styles of yoga you are supposed to breathe audibly and are coached to do Ujjayi breath, as others have mentioned. It's not moaning but that varies by instructor too, I've had a couple encouraging moans. Most encourage deep sighs and exhales at the beginning or end. Some places encourage doing your own pose and dance moves or "whatever your body is calling for". Most don't but it's interesting if someone takes them up on it.[/quote]
