Does the ECNL force clubs to attend? Isn't it up to the clubs to decide which events to go to? Feel like it's more of a pissing contest when clubs see or know other clubs will be in attendance, they must also be in attendance.[/quote]

You attend a certain number and can ask for more.  It is really up to the club as to how they want to position their kids for recruiting.  Many like the December slot because the college season has just wrapped up.  For our DD -- target schools watch her in Nashville and then again quickly in January in Florida and visits and offers followed.  Worked well.[/quote]
