It's a total mess. [/quote] It’s not “perpetual”. Transurban is expanding the HOT lanes to the ALB. It will be done in 12 months. And once it’s finished it will push the entirety of the beltway traffic jam into Maryland. Virginia will have free flowing traffic. Maryland will then have perpetual traffic jams. Traffic jams are bad for business, which will only further accelerate job losses. [/quote]
