My doctor is bumping me to 2.4 and said I can expect to lose another 10 lbs. another 10 lbs would put me straddling the line of obese and overweight. at that point, if I stall out, I’m still 30 lbs away from goal weight, that could be done with a different drug OR weight loss surgery (ugh).
