[/quote] #2 is objectively true. #1 is only sort of true - it's not specific enough. The most affluent demographic in Northern Virginia - by a WIDE margin - is South Asians. And that is why they dominated the TJ admissions process for many years and still do, albeit to a lesser extent. East and Southeast Asians can't hold a candle to them in terms of test prep, even though their commitment to academics is every bit the equal of the South Asians. The money is what makes the difference, and if you don't see that, you're nuts.[/quote]
