Its legacy bids and if you look at the records in the other conference many talented teams will never get the opportunity to show they are capable of a NCAA bid because one conference is taking proportional more bids than another based on historical significance. Its time to change this and give opportunities to the 42 other conferences in D3 Men's soccer. [/quote]
