I still have PTSD from mine. They were so brutal. I had nightmares for years after graduating where I was back at training trip. I was a breaststroker and every year I would end up with this weird overuse injury in a tendon near my ankle, only at training trip. Coach was not very understanding about my request to sub in flutter or fly kick once it would set in, despite the fact that I had more than established myself as a hard worker and the same exact thing happened every year.
