No, pretty sure that's accurate.  This is a smaller space and they already have significant lines/wait times at their lounges.  Probably trying to get ahead of that.  I suspect this will be the first one with only 1 guest allowed, and they will be changing the policy at the other ones later.

[b]Add your husband as an authorized user[/b] on your VentureX card.  You can add up to 4 authorized users for free.  He will get his own card and have access himself (can also request his own Priority Pass card). This is very common- last time I was at the lounge at Dulles I saw a family of 5 go in with each parent having their own VentureX card- I didn't ask them but almost surely one was an authorized user on the other's account.[/quote]

Does anyone know how this works for the Venture card for 2024 (I know there's no free lounge access in 2025). We have one member and 2 authorized users. Can all three use their cards for free access at the Dulles location when traveling together? I believe the card rules say two free lounge access for the year.[/quote]
Cardholders get 2 passed to Capitol One Lounges and Plaza Premium lounges. That means yes to Dulles Cap One Lounge, no to DCA Capitol Landing lounge. But as for the AU's they do NOT get additional lounge passes, just the cardholders. So your move is to have one or two people go in and take some grab and go food for the 3 people. [/quote]
