It is going to be hard to find a rural area that you would tolerate and urban areas are typically more expensive.

Maybe consider that the squares on the map are never all that red or blue anyway. 60-40 is a reliable congressional district but still only a couple in ten voters more team 1 than team 2.  No matter where you live there are going to be some people around who don’t vote as you would prefer, and that is good.

You don't have to be "affirmed"; nobody is going to tar and feather you if you're not deliberately offensive.  Most places are live and let live, believe it or not.  [/quote]

There's so much wrong with this statement that I don't know where to start, but I'll say this, yes, we all need to be affirmed.  You are affirmed constantly if you're in the majority.  And Lynchburg isn't "live and let live."  I grew up there, and my friends' families prayed over me because my parents were divorced, which is immoral.[/quote]
