As an example say there's one lighted football field. Clubs will break it into 4 sections with teams that are roughly the same age. Each section focuses on small sided games, or shooting and/or defending type drills. Sometimes 2 of the 4 teams will combine their fields and do scrimmages. Coaches always have the drills they're going to go through planned out before the practice starts. Different drills are timed because you can see all 4 coaches changing at the same time. With Littles I've seen a field broken down into as many as 12 sections who usually combine into 6 for scrimmages at the end of practice.[/quote]
