This is consistent with pricing on our recent renovation in Bethesda.  We did an addition but also tons of interior work which adds to the cost and the length of time since it's harder to do renovations to existing space than new construction.  Kitchen is a huge variable - ours was high end and quite expensive.[/quote]

For 300k and 75k site works and prep you can build this 3700 sqrft home new.
