There’s nothing to report. Polls have this thing tied.
Maybe, but that has never stopped them in past years. And when you do the map yourself based on polling data, it becomes very clear that Trump has the much easier path to 270 (assuming polls are correct that he will likely get GA, NC, AZ, and NV). Then he only needs to pick up ONE of MI, WI, or PA. Also remember how in past years it was all about Florida and Ohio. Those are in the bag for Trump this year and they aren’t even campaigning there. I don’t think CNN wants to show that reality, which isn’t pretty for Kamala.
Another way to think about this is that Harris only has to win three states of the 7 battlegrounds whereas Trump has to win 5. And the reason Harris only has to win 3 is that the states where she is strongest are more populous and thus have more electoral votes. But really neither of them has the "easier path." Basically whoever wins PA wins the election. Much like in previous years when it all came down to Florida. And the reality is that while FL and OH have swung to the right, Virginia and Colorado have swung to the left. So there's been no rightward shift in the US. It's just that people keep moving around and attitudes are shifting a bit.
Based on current polls, it seems very clear Trump will take GA, NC, AZ, and NV. That picture has emerged quite clearly in the two months since CNN apparently stopped using the wall and electoral predictions. That means there are really only three states in play (PA, WI, and MI), and of those, Kamala needs all three to win and Trump only needs one. Instead of the endless panels on CNN with their partisan politics, I would prefer to see objective John King and his Wall. But it seems CNN has told him to stand down.
What current polls? The 538 average has Nevada even and Trump up 1 in NC and GA. So within the margin of error in all three states. There is no "clear pictures" that Trump is winning any of those. I do think he'll win AZ. And in any case, if Harris wins both WI and MI (where she is up 1 in the 538 average) then Trump not only has to carry all three of NC-GA-NV but he also has to win PA. So either way they both have to win PA. There is no conspiracy here. CNN and other news outlets understand that there is zero value in showing the same map with the same swing states where polls are effectively tied over and over again. Especially when ultimately it's going to to come down to PA alone where the race is a dead heat and because of the mail-in vote and lack of early voting there aren't even much in the way of early numbers to discuss as there are in other states with substantial early vote. If you want to look at a map go look at a map of PA. It would be more useful.
Not responding to Helene will give Harris the win in NC, by preventing a large number of rural voters from voting.
No one is is preventing people from voting but republicans that is a fact Hundreds of bogus lawsuits daily filed. If Trump is winning bigly why the lawsuits? Why the lies? Republicans just lost another case this morning in GA a Republican judge dismissed. Trump is losing we know this because Stephen Miller is panicking Polls are Russians pure and simple MAGA is the part of Putin that is a fact
