This.  It started off as over-priced, and they've had to dig themselves out of that hole.  Most of the other recent sales have been better renovated (the kitchen is the best example, and the basement also needs improvement).  The bathroom that is renovated is pretty taste-specific.  Also, a lot of homes in GP have a small addition on the back, which helps the small houses feel a bit bigger.  This one has a few things going for it (the bit of side yard, being an end-unit) but overall I don't think the renovations are on par with the price.
