They are not concerned with their win/loss record enough to cut a kid over a marginally better player. So like the above poster said, noone really seems to get kicked off the team. If you just want some volleyball between high school seasons, this is a good option if you can get a spot. If you want a full service organization with a dedicated facility and highly competitive play, this may not be the organization for you. A lot depends on what you are looking for. [/quote]
