They seem to have changed their phone system so it's impossible to bypass the automatic system and get a live person on the phone. On top of that, there have been problems with the app/website too. My prescription keeps showing that "in progress" status, then the pickup date keeps getting pushed back, and finally, the refill request disappears altogether, and I need to start all over again. Has anyone else had this happen?[/quote]
