Now that Paramount has two teams at age groups from 11-16, they might be having to manage tryouts differently. As noted, under CHRVA rules a club has to give offers in writing (email is ok) and a player must be given until 10pm on Tuesday to respond. Of course if a player has multiple offers, it is considerate to let clubs as soon as possible that you are declining so that they can make offers to their next choice. [/quote]
