RE -- National Harbor and Cap Classic satisfying the regional requirement to be eligible for CHRVA regionals -- Cap Classic definitely does; but not sure about National Harbor.

oh good heavens let's not create drama where there most likely is none.  If you genuinely are curious, then reach out to the club and ask or go to a clinic and find out for yourself.

While regionals is an easier path to a bid, it's not the only path.  And, depending on dates and other tournaments can be just a bad date for the club.  Also, it's important to note that while USAV is more "presitgious" b/c you have to qualify (but with trickle downs its kind of a joke), AAU Nationals are very strong as well.  More college coaches go to AAU (418) vs USAV (388). [/quote]
