This has been my experience exactly. I would just say, until you realize what it is to walk around 30 lbs lighter, you can't quite imagine how good it feels. I would encourage you to work through any of these side effects. I had way worse ones when I got pregnant, and heck I did it two more times after that, just to get those little kiddos in my life.
