Woo takes a lot of people in. It's really sad.

When I had pre-eclampsia and had to be hospitalized for a week before I could deliver my baby I had some woman on my birth board telling me if I just ate the Brewer's Diet all would be well. She was having a "home birth" in a hotel room somewhere.[/quote]

Yeah, despite having a family history of breast cancer, she refused mammograms for years, and even now is still implying they are not safe. WHAT. THE. F@CK. [/quote]

I only glanced at this news, but think I saw that her stance grew out of seeing her mother suffer from BC in spite of mammograms, etc. Implied that she followed the woo because conventional medicine didn’t help her mom.
