I was ticked! What kind of business are they running? It's a scam! I was told that I was basically out the money I paid for the warranty. I am going to contact the State Attorney's Office of the great State of Texas, and I will submit my receipt. They'll have to respond to my complaint. If I never get my $334 back in the form of a voucher, I will also contact the local TV station's Problem Solvers. How many other Macy's customers who purchased the 7 year and never had any claim, are being told that they won't be getting nothing from Macy's WNM? Bad business! I won't be shopping at Macy's anymore, and I will close my acct. which has a zero balance. [/quote] A couple years ago my warranty expired without any claims. I was never told I had to request the credit within 90 days of expiration. I waited longer and they denied me. I kept pestering and emailing and posted on social media. Eventually they relented and gave me the credit. [/quote]
