You know the child has not been removed from the classroom. But that doesn't mean the school isn't doing anything on their end. There's a lot of paperwork and meetings to get someone on an IEP. For all you know they're interviewing aides. They could be doing any number of things that you don't see. I know it's hard, but try to work through your anger and be a little bit your professional self here. Read up on FERPA and IDEA to manage your expectations, and remember that there is a legally mandated process here. [/quote]
