An empty commercial building next to my house was opened as a coffee shop, which now has morphed into a hard-alcohol restaurant with outdoor seating. Fo starters, garbage and glass recycling trucks come at 4 am because they try to beat traffic, noise ordinance be damned. Yeah, it's fun having to adjudicate these issues with the bar-restaurant. Then there are rats from the commercial property. There have been drunk fights at closing time in the back parking lot. Customers throw trash over the fence.
