In addition to vegans, there are huge numbers of people— including children — who are lactose intolerant. It’s hardly a “niche” concern. And it’s also not “trendy”. “They think it’s healthier because for them it IS healthier. I guess you never noticed that there are huge cultural traditions that are pretty much dairy free. [/quote]
